摘要: Accumulation and growth inhibition of Cu to fresh water alga (Scenedesmus subspicatus 86.81 SAG) the influences ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA) fulvic (FA) were examined. These results demonstrated that both EDTA FA could reduce toxicity by way preventing from being adsorbed cell wall alga. When dissolved (Cu(dissolved)), extracellular (Cu(extracellular)), intracellular (Cu(intracellular)) differentiated, our showed concentration level ([Cu(extracellular)]) was a good indicator for measuring toxic effects on in complex matrix. Either absence or presence FA, increased 0.6-1.5 x 10(-8) microM per when reached about 50%. We found acute copper unicellular be interpreted its accumulation at discrete site biotic ligand critical associated with EC(50) determined 1 cell. Therefore, Biotic Ligand Model (BML) extended predict influence
