摘要: Objective To understand the impact of ankylosing spondylitis (AS) on presenteeism and to explore its relationship sick leave. Methods AS patients completed a questionnaire consisting sociodemographics, disease characteristics, work outcomes, including leave presenteeism, assessed by Work Limitations Questionnaire (WLQ). Associations between broad range explanatory variables with WLQ AS-related were zero-inflated negative binomial Poisson regressions. Results Of 311 employed (204 men [65.6%]), 18% had in past month. meeting time management demands (33.7%), physical (30.2%), mental–interpersonal (20.2%), output (19.0%) noted. With mean ± SD index score 6.7 5.9, average decrease productivity attributable health was 6.3%; an extra 7.1% hours would be needed compensate for lost productivity. Helplessness, female sex, impaired health-related quality life (Ankylosing Spondylitis Quality Life instrument [ASQoL]) major contributors level (P < 0.01). At-work limitations (WLQ) lower (ASQoL) significantly associated probability leave, while length strongly educational helplessness 0.01), some models, also duration country residence 0.05). Conclusion AS hinders patients' work, mainly demand domains. The ASQoL are able identify who incur leave. Helplessness contributes independently
