摘要: A sesame core collection containing 453 accessions was established by assessing genetic diversity of 4251 collected in China. The the whole were grouped based on their origin, varietal and agro-ecological type. computer program used to cluster data 14 traits from random small sample. Ward's method chosen as desirable for clustering germplasm resources. set technical methods establishing has been developed through determining number selected distribution. agronomic pre-selected investigated tested three ecological locations China two years.
