摘要: This paper presents an all-digital CMOS class-D transmitter system for the 915 MHz ISM band using 802.15.2/ZigBee standards. A novel noise spreading quantization algorithm which derives digitally modulated amplifier input is presented. new requires fewer DSP cycles than delta-sigma approaches, while still maintaining high efficiency and meeting spectral specifications. The entire easy to integrate into modern submicron processes. power achieves a peak drain of 57%, overall DC/Data-to-RF 22%. capable maximum output 18 mW 802.15.2
