摘要: Abstract The clinicopathologic characteristics of atypical adenomatous hyperplasia (AAH) remain unclear. A total 137 patients underwent resection for adenocarcinoma the lung at our institution. Examination resected tissue showed that in addition to AAH was present 26 cases and not 111 cases. All nonsmokers with ( n =13) had earlier-stage disease (stage IA, IB, IIA, IIB) no history respiratory disease. Among stage IA disease, relapse-free overall survival curves those =14) tended be better than without =40), but difference statistically significant P =0.056 0.087, respectively). Concurrent presence may a favorable prognostic indicator adenocarcinoma.
