摘要: Construction project success is normally assessed based upon time, cost and quality. One or more of these three key measures are often not met one factor contributing to this the increasing complexity modern construction projects. However, little research into understanding its effect on has been conducted. Whilst much recent focused evaluating projects using risk assessment management systems; remains by implication rather than application understanding. No formal measurement evaluation tools currently exist there a clear need for in practice. The aim was therefore develop model evaluate effects at pre stage with particular reference accuracy predicting quality outcomes.
