摘要: Introduction: Angiography of the right ventricle (RV) is a standard, reference technique to diagnose wall motion abnormalities in arrhythmogenic ventricular dysplasia/cardiomyopathy (ARVD/C). RV usually assessed by qualitative, visual impression, and has lacked quantitative basis for defining abnormalities. Since normal markedly asymmetric movement, angiographic interpretation can differ, even among experienced clinicians. The purpose this study was quantify based on contrast ventriculography patients with ARVD/C specify severity location abnormalities, as compared subjects. Methods Results: We analyzed contours three views from 19 subjects 23 ARVD/C. Contour area movement during contraction calculated circumferentially further nine zones. ejection fraction also computed. Wall depressed more than 30% at tricuspid valve inferior regions (P < 0.001) significantly reduced apex = 0.003). However, RVOT anterior were not reduced. 60 ± 11% 41 12% 0.001). Conclusion: be quantified controls, showing primarily regions. This delineates objective measurements that used aid diagnosis In addition, they may incorporated future refinements criteria
