摘要: s-Glucans are predominant carbohydrates found in the cell wall of many fungi which possess immune-modulating activities. Recognition these is thought to occur via multiple receptors and at least four different have been identified, including Dectin-1, complement receptor 3, lactosylceramide, scavenger receptors. There growing evidence that s-glucan recognition an important component anti-fungal immunity, but may also contribute development certain diseases. In this chapter we will review each aspects, highlighting roles s-glucans their fungal immunity
