摘要: ABSTRACT Objective To review the spectrum of foot problems in patients with diabetes and underlying etiologic factors. Methods In this review, term “diabetic disease” (DFD) will be used (previously referred to as simply foot”). The relevant anatomy is discussed, clinical evaluation severity DFD are outlined, role both systemic control local measures management addressed.
