摘要: Abstract Alanopine dehydrogenase, octopine dehydrogenase and lactate activities were detected in the heart of C. concholepas. As determined by gel filtration on Sephadex G-100, molecular weights (Mr) 85,000, 42,000 52,000 for alanopine respectively. Substrate inhibition opine dehydrogenases was observed at high concentrations both pyruvate corresponding amino acid (alanine or arginine). Moderate substrate observed; Km values NAD+ unusually high. Alanoonine very specific alanine glycine not a this enzyme. In addition to arginine, lysine also dehydrogenase. Possible functions reductases are discussed connection with adaptation anoxia other regulatory processes
