摘要: Project planning is considered to be a critical success factor for project success. However, recent literature questions whether has similar importance in various contexts. This research investigates the effectiveness of on risk contexts software development projects.  A survey based design was used collect data test proposed model. The results reveal that inherent risks can moderate effects and different ways measures.
