摘要: Abstract Nowadays, electricity end users can choose among a huge variety of different plans on deregulated energy market. The wide tariffs besides the advent novel agents like smart consumers and prosumers, are becoming tariff-choosing process more complex. This paper proposes MILP optimization framework which aims at facilitating this task. More precisely, main endings developed are: (i) determine most suitable tariff for prosumers based historical consumption data, (ii) optimal hours to be hired so-called ‘Happy hours’ plan. In addition, other useful results directly obtained from tool. approach carries out scheduling series flexible appliances through various characteristic days clustering collected data. is repeatedly executed options and, finally, attractive one selected. A case study Spanish retail market benchmark prosumer environment used showing capabilities framework.
