Ciclosporin in psoriasis clinical practice: an international consensus statement.

摘要: The main recommendations for the use of ciclosporin in management psoriasis are: (i) intermittent short courses (average 12 weeks duration) are preferable; (ii) should be given dose range 2.5-5.0 mg kg(-1) day(-1) (doses greater than 5.0 only exceptional circumstances); (iii) treatment regimens tailored to needs each patient; (iv) selection patients take into account psychosocial disability, as well clinical extent disease and failure previous treatment; (v) patient's renal function (as measured by serum creatinine) thoroughly assessed before during (vi) blood pressure carefully monitored (vii) adherence guidelines substantially reduces risk adverse events; (viii) long-term continuous therapy may appropriate a subgroup patients; however, duration kept below 2 years whenever possible; (ix) when is necessary, annual evaluation glomerular filtration rate useful accurately monitor function.
