Estudio morfológico de las venas pulmonares por angiorresonancia magnética

摘要: El desarrollo de la electrofisiologia clinica ha potenciado el interes por conocimiento anatomia las venas pulmonares. Con objetivo valorar utilidad angiografia resonancia magnetica para este fin se estudio a 17 pacientes no seleccionados, en los que visualizo totalidad cada paciente. diametro maximo ostium oscilo entre 9 y 22 mm su morfologia era oval 35% casos. En 14 casos (82%) observo una desembocadura independiente 4 venas. 2 (12%) habia vena media derecha 1 (6%) presentaba un comun izquierdas. Las derechas mostraron ramificacion precoz 74% casos, frente 10% La angiorresonancia con contraste permite estudiar, manera adecuada, pulmonares sus variantes anatomicas, informacion potencialmente util electrofisiologo.
