摘要: Immunological methods were used to examine the flagellin production of Salmonella typhimurium strains that carried a mutation in one two possible genes for (H1 or H2) and also incapable expressing other gene. Some mutants produced was excreted into culture medium; others accumulated intracellularly. These phenotypes detected both H1 H2 mutants. The sites mapped on corresponding deletion map (consisting 21 segments case 31 H2). mutations causing excretion clustered mainly segment 12 6 from proximal end, respectively, suggesting flagellins play role polymerization. Mutations accumulation cytoplasm 19 25 29 map, an essential region transport exists toward C terminus flagellin.
