摘要: This paper describes and places in context a continuing research program aimed at constructing effective, autonomous learning systems. We emphasize the role of knowledge that system itself possesses generating selecting among inductive hypotheses. Inductive has often been characterized as search hypothesis space for hypotheses consistent with observations. It is shown committing to given equivalent believing certain logical sentence — declarative bias. show how many kinds bias can be relatively efficiently represented derived from background knowledge, discuss possibilities problems building complete
