摘要: Fabrication techniques are disclosed for the formation of electrically conductive, optically transparent films exfoliated graphite nanoparticles (EGN). The allow controlled deposition EGN nanoplatelets (graphene sheets) and other (e.g., metals, metal oxides) in compact monolayer or multilayer film structures. have high electrical conductivities optical transparencies visible spectrum electromagnetic radiation. A first method relates to onto a substrate from bulk suspension using convective assembly technique. second liquid-liquid interface substrate. Both methods can be used form film-coated substrates. also multilayer, free-standing, defect-free films. processes potential produce conductors as replacement indium tin oxide (ITO) fluorine (FTO) optoelectronics applications.
