摘要: Abstract The accuracy of performance measures in common multicriteria methods is usually assumed to be accurate. Grey theory a new technique for performing prediction, relational analysis and decision‐making many areas. This paper presents applicability grey techniques defining the utility an alternative. Proposed assessment model covers well known method TOPSIS (Technique Order Preference by Similarity Ideal Solution), with attributes values determined at intervals (TOPSIS‐grey) Simple Additive Weighting relations (SAW‐G). A case study contractors’ competitive ability was used demonstrate effectiveness proposed approach. results show that methodology can implemented as effective decision aid tasks uncertain data.
