摘要: Recent developments in the understanding of order-disorder and displacive type transitions are presented. It is shown that classical like those squaric acid KDP contain addition to order disorder also a component phase transition mechanism. Similarly ferroelectrics BaTiO3 which have been traditionally described by condensation soft mode an as Ti ion dynamically disordered between different off-center sites already cubic phase. The comparison experimental theoretical electric field gradient tensors at various phases allows for quantitative determination mixed character this transition.
