摘要: The orthodox account of vocational education and training for development is firmly based in Neoliberal assumptions about the primacy economic. Yet, there are a range alternative accounts development, receiving increasing attention, that stress importance wider vision humanity human development. At same time, longstanding, though more marginal, traditions seeing as having moral purpose, linked to learning becoming human. This paper seeks connect these two offer new way thinking VET
