摘要: An overview of some the key processes and results Colombia's National Health System is presented. A systematic review literature evaluating quality evidence published in indexed journals not was made. system financial resources have seen a sustained increase while spending on health has remained at around 8% GNP. Coverage, measured by affiliation to contributory subsidized regimes, order 92% total population. The Mandatory Plan, defining benefits which one access, been broadly maintained but hampered mechanisms for making legal complaints, thereby leading deficits. contributed towards improving poorest sector's income, inequalities persist due lack universal coverage, differences plans system's expenditure according population's income. Advances made positive universality achieved this stagnated matters regarding access services equality.
