摘要: The authors review their approach to the surgical management of intramedullary neoplasms. An emphasis is placed on technique and judgment based primarily gross characteristics tumor. Aggressive removal, irrespective tumor histology, recommended for those neoplasms that are clearly demarcated from surrounding spinal cord tissue.
