摘要: We compared the performance of BD Max enteric parasite panel to routine microscopy and an in-house PCR for detection Giardia intestinalis, Entamoeba histolytica, Cryptosporidium spp. The showed good specificity all targets sensitivity E. histolytica Sensitivity G. intestinalis with was equivalent that microscopy.
