摘要: Bemisia tabaci (Gennadius) (Hemiptera: Aleyrodidae) is a cryptic species complex composed of numerous morphologically indistinguishable species, number which have been shown to be either completely or partially reproductively isolated. Several members the invaded beyond their home ranges and two, Middle East-Asia Minor 1 (commonly known as B biotype) Mediterranean Q biotype), globally through international trade in ornamental plants. Over past decade our knowledge factors influencing capacity different invade has increased substantially. This review discusses roles traits associated such asymmetrical mating interference, competitive male behavior, host range, insecticide resistance interactions with Begomoviruses play invade. In addition, use methods identify distinguish between discussed recommendations what approaches should adopted address aspects B. invasion are made. Finally, invasions spread pepper yellow leaf curl Indonesia virus cassava mosaic disease described discussed.
