摘要: Immobilized Anammox granules were used as sequential biocatalyst addition to substitute particulate sludge for starting up reactor, and the kinetic characteristics of immobilized investigated through batch tests. The reactor could be successfully started in 49 d with addition, removal rates NH + 4-N NO − 2-N 80.7% 83.1%, respectively. Kinetics study showed that half saturation constants ammonium nitrite 1.57 mmol·L −1 1.505 , inhibition 724.2 66.65 easier gain substrate adverse environment suffer higher concentration. better performance contributed successful biomass supplementation performance, which was helpful novel process enhancement performance.
