摘要: The role of farm animals in the emergence and dissemination both AMR bacteria their resistance determinants to humans is poorly understood controversial. Here, we systematically reviewed current evidence that food are responsible for transfer humans. We searched PubMed, Web Science, EMBASE literature published between 1940 2016. Our results show eight studies (18%) suggested transmission from humans, 25 (56%) with no direction specified 12 (26%) did not support transmission. Quality was variable among included studies; one study (2%) used high resolution typing tools, 36 (80%) intermediate six (13%) relied on low two (5%) based conclusions co-occurrence resistance. While some provide may occur, robust directionality cannot be drawn due limitations methodologies. findings highlight need combine genomic data analysis collected epidemiological reconstruct patterns
