摘要: The study aimed to assess the effects of Papain Enzyme Supplement in Feed on Protein Digestibity, Growth and Survival Rate of Sangkuriang Catfish (Clarias sp). Fingerlings used were acquired from Center for Freshwater Hatchery Aquaculture, Muntilan, Central Java, Indonesia. fingerlings had average weight 3.43±0.50 g/fish. Completely Randomized Design was experiments with 5 (five) treatment 3 (three) repetitions. experimental feed contained 31% protein 252.06 Kcal/g energy. Various doses addition papain enzyme incorporated into feed, those A (0 g/kg feed), B (2 C (4 D (6 feed) E (8 feed). Parameters digestibility (ADC P ), relative growth rate (RGR), efficiency utilization (EFU), conversion ratio (FCR), (PER), survival (SR) water quality evaluated. supplement significantly (P<0.01) influenced ADCp, RGR, EFU, FCR, PER, otherwise SR catfish insignificantly affected by supplement. best result 6/kg (treatment D). concluded that optimum dose PER RGR 5.65, 5.62, 6.0, 5.66, 6.0 respectively. Water during still favorable condition nurturing ( Clarias sp ).
