摘要: The production of neutralizing monoclonal antibodies (MAbs) will permit the exact localization epitopes on AIDS virus, HIV-1. We describe properties seven MAbs to envelope LAV-1 isolate. Five recognise central portion gp110, amino acids 279-472, and four these are capable high-titre neutralization HIV-1, by infection inhibition, syncytial inhibition vesicular stomatitis virus (VSV) pseudotype neutralization. One two gp41 inhibits syncytium formation. Neutralization, live cell immunofluorescence immunoprecipitation gp110 type-specific restricted HIV-1 isolates closely related LAV-1.
