摘要: Background. In recent years the progress of laparoscopic procedures and development new dedicated technologies have made laproscopic hepatic surgery feasible safe. spite this liver resection remains a surgical procedure great challenge because risk massive bleeding during transection complicated biliary vascular anatomy in liver. A device is reported here to assist laparoscopically. Methods. The Habib™ 4X bipolar radiofrequency consisting 2x2 array needles arranged rectangle. It introduced perpendicularly into liver, along intended line. produces coagulative necrosis parenchyma sealing radicals blood vessels enables bloodless parenchyma. Results. Twenty-four Laparoscopic resections were performed with LH4X out total 28 attempted over 12 months. Pringle manoeuvre was not used any patients. None patients required intraoperative transfusion red cells or products. Conclusion. can be safely significantly low postoperative complications.
