Integrating LiDAR, Aerial Image and Ground Images for Complete Urban Building Modeling

摘要: This paper presents a hybrid modeling system that fuses LiDAR data, an aerial image and ground view images for rapid creation of accurate building models. Outlines complex shapes are interactively extracted from high-resolution image, surface information is automatically fit with primitive based method integrated into the model to generate fully textured CAD Our benefits merit each dataset, evaluation results presented on university campus-size model.
