摘要: A new loss-of-mains detection method for use with very small generators is proposed. known load repeatedly switched on to the supply, and resulting voltage changes used estimate source impedance, hence detect loss of mains. Correlating switching change prevents false operation arising from random changes. Experiments simulations are discussed which demonstrate principles technique. Test results presented show that technique operates correctly, can reliably a mains without being susceptible tripping.
