摘要: Abstract : Silver (Ag), gold (Au), and alloy nanoparticles synthesized chemically Au-Ag core-shell sonochemically produced were investigated for their potential applications in solar cells, biology, transistors, light-emitting diodes (LEDs). The or structure can be useful creating new particles that have the properties of both core material shell material. Au, Ag, characterized optically structurally by using ultraviolet-visible (UV-Vis) spectroscopy high resolution transmission electron microscope (HRTEM), respectively. A novel sonochemical approach was used contrast to chemical method. with varying parameters determine optimal synthesis precise control particle size, geometry, electrical properties. It determined a longer duration sonication decreased size exhibited absorption wavelengths similar Au nanoparticles, suggesting composes nanoparticle, but Ag did not create as hoped.
