摘要: Purpose Laparoscopic complete mesocolic excision (CME) right colectomy is a technically demanding procedure infrequently employed in Western centers. This retrospective cohort study aims to analyze the safety of laparoscopic CME compared standard for right-sided colon cancer series. Methods Prospectively collected data from 60 patients who underwent were ones 55 colectomy. Results No differences clinical characteristics observed between and groups. demonstrated terms blood loss (P = 0.060), intraoperative complications 1), conversion rate 0.102), operative time 0.473). deaths either group, while complication was 40.0% 49.1% group 0.353). Severe occurred 10.0% vs. 9.1% 0.842), redo surgery 5.0% 7.3% 0.708), unplanned readmission 5.5% 1) after colectomy, respectively. A significant difference favor total length specimen < 0.001), proximal 0.018), distal margins 0.037).
