RESILIENCE AND THE ASSOCIATED FACTORS IN PATIENTS WITH CORONARY ARTERY DISEASE

摘要: Background and Purpose: Coping strategies play a key role in the management of different diseases. Resilience positive emotions patients could enhance coping reduce disease complications. This study aimed to determine level resilience associated factors with coronary artery (CAD). Methods: descriptive cross-sectional was conducted on 186 CAD referring Dr. Heshmat Hospital Rasht 2013. Data were collected using Connor-Davidson Scale (CD-RISC), data analysis performed inferential statistics SPSS. Results: In this study, mean score 65.50±1.58 (out 100), 53.2% subjects had lower scores than mean. Significant associations observed between age, gender, education status, employment status history hypertension (P<0.05). According logistic regression, only significant predictor resilience. Conclusion: results since majority resilience, it is recommended that these be monitored for mental psychological health. Furthermore, they should trained skills depending their socio-demographic features.
