摘要: An improved analytical method was developed which may be applied to quality control of stevioside and rebaudioside A contents in dried leaves Stevia rebaudiana before processing; a selective sampling program searching for plants higher yield diterpene glycosides content; or when large number samples are sent the laboratory analysis. The procedure involves two steps: solvent extraction followed by an isocratic HPLC sample, 1 g S. rebaudiana, is ground solvent-extracted with EtOH 70% (w/w) Erlenmeyer flasks shaking 30 min 70 °C water bath. After extract cooled, it filtered analyzed using NH2 column (250 × 4.6 mm) mixture acetonitrile/water (80:20, v/v) as mobile phase, pH 5 adjusted acetic acid. detection UV range at 210 nm (0.04 AUFS).
