摘要: The diagnosis of Zn deficiency in cotton by means total analysis or the appearance symptoms is unsatisfactory. In order to obtain a better understanding development relation content plants were cultivated waterculture under reproducible environmental conditions and induced different means. It was observed that developed equally, regardless inducing factors such as low nutrient solution, high solution pH, Ca Fe supply. High amounts P did not induce symptoms. appeared first interveinal chlorosis medium-aged leaves. internodes remained short. Later red spots on leaf blades. leaves suffering from thicker because enlarged palisade cells. The correlate with Different fractions (extractable water, NaCl hydrochloric acid) gave no results. analytically determined calculated are discussed conditions.
