摘要: Mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA) mutations were reported in different cancers. However, the nature and role of mtDNA mutation never-smoker lung cancer patients including with EGFR KRAS gene are unknown. In present study, we sequenced entire mitochondrial genome (16.5 kb) matched normal tumors obtained from 30 current-smoker patients, determined content. All patients’ samples for (exon 2) 19 21) mutation. The impact forced overexpression a respiratory complex-I was evaluated cell line. We observed significantly higher (P=0.006) never-smokers compared to patients. MtDNA (P=0.026) Asian Caucasian population.
