摘要: Abstract The notion of pathological associations has led researchers to establish farm ‘health profiles’, in the knowledge that a certain number health disorders on stock seem be correlated. In this study (part an eco-pathological survey 83 dairy farms representative range types found France), five profiles are described, allowing classification according incidence levels infectious diseases foot, uterus and teat (Profile 3), calving (Profiles 2 4) low disease general 1 5). were also analysed terms structure data, providing into three classes defined as traditional, intensive intermediate. Crossing these against reveals concordance between traditional low-pathology profiles, high disease, intermediate disorders. This suggests some production systems should regarded risk, with higher risk where farmer insufficient mastery techniques required for good herd management.
