摘要: Leishmaniases and chronic inflammatory diseases are the cause of millions deaths in world each year. The treatment leishmaniasis is facing serious drawbacks particularly due to limited number effective medicines, resistance, toxicity available drugs. On other hand, many drugs used for management disorders. However, most commonly prescribed although efficient highly toxic with multiples side effects. New leads compounds development new anti-leishmanial anti-inflammatory needed. Over past decade, several studies on potential endophytes produce bioactive metabolites have been reported. We presenting present review status research from 2000 2019 isolated diverse habitats. An emphasis was put existing gaps literature inspire guide future investigations. hope that this will help accelerate drug discovery against leishmaniases inflammation-associated
