摘要: Biliary parasitosis is one of the common causes biliary obstruction in developing countries and can often be confused with stone disease. With increased worldwide travel immigration, these conditions are not limited to alone. Ascariasis, hydatid liver disease, clonorchiasis, fascioliasis commonly encountered parasitic infestations tract usually presenting colic or cholangitis. Endoscopy has an important role diagnosis emergent management elective endoscopic therapy associated complications. Endoscopic sphincterotomy bile ductal clearance, along pharmacotherapy, mainstays treatment.
