摘要: Insects when exposed to sublethal applications of pesticides exhibit hormoligosis in their various biological activities. The present research was conducted evaluate the impacts IGR’s including pyriproxyfen (Priority 10.8 EC) and lufenuron (Ardent 5 on cotton mealybug laboratory conditions at IPM Laboratory, Department Entomology University Agriculture. results revealed that concentration-dependent mortality 1st instars adults observed decrease after generations sub-lethal dilutions Priority ® Ardent pesticide which retained development resistance from G1 G2. Maximum 3 days post treatments interval (PAI) fecundity LC10 (0.07%) G5 (63.17 crawlers/female) 7 days (68.13 crawlers/female). At concentration (0.01%) (73.18). 3rd 7th days Priority® Ardent® demonstrated maximum longevity (57.29, 57.14 days), (54.07, 58.10 days) respectively, sex ratio not determined against Ardent®. We conclude is fast LC10, LC20 LC30 with respect mortality, fecundity, longevity. While priority® ardent® LC30, LC40 LC50 adult female. In Pakistan, can be achieved if effective different are used along other Integrated Pest Management techniques rotation early stage improvement.
