摘要: Risk assessment of infrastructure systems plays an increasingly important role in their plan, design, maintenance, retrofit and life-cycle cost evaluation taking into consideration vulnerability to natural, technological terrorist hazard. This paper develops a mechanistic model for seismic damageability concrete bridges the form fragility curve such way that can be calibrated with empirical curves constructed on basis damage data from 1994 Northridge earthquake. As often observed this other destructive earthquakes, are one most vulnerable components highway network system subjected earthquake ground motion. For reason, bridge information succinct as is needed pursue risk networks consisting large thousands affected by high magnitude near service area network.
