摘要: Events leading to hyperactivity of human blood platelets are accompanied by an enhanced risk atherosclerosis and arterial thrombosis. Lipoprotein disorders affect platelet functions, hypersensitive observed in various stages hyperlipidemia. Low-density lipoprotein (LDL), a circulating complex lipids proteins that is increased hypercholesterolemia, enhances function increases sensitivity several naturally occurring agonists. LDL sensitizes via binding apoB-100 receptor on the membrane transfer membrane. The mediates initiates subsequent intracellular signaling cascades has not yet been identified. Modification native generates platelet-activating particle, this interaction might contribute development atherosclerotic plaque. Lysophosphatidic acid formed upon mild oxidation responsible for activation induced modified particle. Thus, changes functions broad spectrum interactions.
