摘要: Abstract In this chapter, we briefly explain the fundamentals of dynamic contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging (DCE-MRI) and describe parameters that can be determined from DCE-MRI. Unbiased estimates model are emphasized. We also discuss uses Patlak Logan plots in summarize progress DCE-MRI use cerebral tumors, with particular focus on studies tumors convection-enhanced delivery (CED) drugs. Mechanical fluid relationships as by related MRI procedures, useful for determining conductivities, fluxes, tissue deformations, all which directly relate to CED same tissue.
