摘要: Abstract The Amendment to the Waste Disposal and Public Cleansing Law in Japan has introduced new regulation of waste requiring strict management. In this regulation, fly ash generated Municipal Solid (MSW) incinerator process was designated as specially controlled solid because relatively high concentrations lead cadmium. Furthermore, antimony is a regulated constituent within Basel Convention on control transboundary movements hazardous wastes their disposal monitor item environmental standards water pollution. Thus, order understand where problems lie, behaviors these heavy metals MSW investigated. Also investigated were kinds products causing be contaminated. As result, amount lead, cadmium household about 120, 3.5 7.6g/T, respectively. major origins Pb, Cd Sb from are small sealed batteries, nickel-cadmium batteries flame-proofed such curtains plastic covers. By incineration treatment, shifted (EP ash); transfer ratio 33, 92 45%, observed results indicated that partitioning showed influence vapor pressure elements compounds. Clearly, produce precise estimates behavior, it will necessary determine not only concentration but also compounds used changes would undergo furnace. Finally, several measures which helpful solving discuss future direction environmentally-friendly social systems.
