摘要: Abstract The chemical diffusion coefficient D of β-Ag 2+ δ Te was obtained within its homogeneity range between 110°C and 140°C from galvanostatic polarization experiments using a symmetric solid-state electrochemical cell with ionic electrodes probes. composition the sample varied in situ high stoichiometric resolution by means coulometric titration technique. shows maximum around =2.5·10 −4 . phase width ranges approximately =4·10 to =−15·10 140°C. This behavior is similar that medium temperature α phases Ag 2 Te, although absolute values are three orders magnitude lower than those α′-Ag at 160°C or α-Ag 300°C. conductivity (as same experimental technique) constant whole σ i =6·10 −3 S cm −1
