摘要: The main purpose of this research was (i) to perform a comparative study sperm parameters in human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) seropositive and high risk subjects order identify any possible alterations the semen which specifically result from HIV infection (ii) p24 antigen as an early diagnostic marker subjects. showed no significant variations regarding densities, motility viscosity compared controls. On other hand, these (a) significantly higher percentage cytoplasmic droplet forms immature germ cells, perhaps caused by failure epididymal function and/or condition stress affecting spermatogenesis after (b) level spermiophage suggesting that activates mechanisms increase spermiophagy. In addition, men positive correlation between blood CD4+ well inverse abnormalities. This is due decrease testosteronaemia leading defective maturation. To date, has not been found serum or seminal plasma longitudinal progress should provide further information on point.
