摘要: Nutrition has been shown to influence several reproductive functions, including hormone production, oocyte competence and fertilization, early embryonic development. To determine the effects of maternal diet on in vitro fertilization (IVF) development, ewes (n = 18; 47.0 +/- 1.5 kg initial BW) were divided into control underfed (60% control) nutritional planes for 8 wk before collection. Pelleted diets containing 2.4 Mcal ME/kg 13% CP (DM basis) fed once daily. During first 4-wk acclimation phase, 1,000 600 g/d, respectively. From 4 8, (adequate) maintain BW offered 720 whereas received 432 g/d restricted). Synchronization estrus was performed using progestagen sponges 14 d. Follicular development induced by twice daily injections FSH d 13 (5 units/injection) (4 estrous cycle. Oocytes collected from all visible follicles 15 After IVF, proportion developing embryos evaluated throughout an 8-d culture period. Under-nutrition decreased (P < 0.006) rate cleavage, number blastocysts per ewe, blastocyst formation (from 79 64%; 3.3 0.8; 31 8%, respectively). However, follicles, total oocytes, healthy percentage cleaved morula ewe similar ewes. These data indicate that undernutrition donor ewes, resulting lower BCS, a negative effect quality, which results rates cleavage formation.
