摘要: Abstract Highly ordered arrays of Cu 2 ZnSnSe 4 nanotubes have been successfully synthesized on fluorine-doped tin oxide glass substrate using ZnO nanorod as sacrificial templates. The structure, morphology and optical properties the were characterized by X-ray diffraction, Raman spectrometry, field-emission scanning electron microscopy, transmission energy dispersive X-ray, UV–Vis absorption spectroscopy. diameter length can be adjusted tuning nanorods. In addition, effect performance photoelectrochemical cells was also investigated.
