摘要: Abstract Introduction Although gastrointestinal tract is a fairly frequent site of melanoma metastases, reports small bowel intussusception caused by metastasis are very rare. Aim To describe rare complication metastatic and to expose the difficulties screen digestive metastases melanoma. Case study We report case 69-year-old woman who was admitted for abdominal pain, anemia. She had history surgery malignant vulval one year earlier been treated with adjuvant interferon α. Computed tomography (CT) concluded intussusception. Exploratory laparoscopy revealed large tumor arising from proximal bowel. Jejunal resection an end-to-end anastomosis performed.
